I got mine from Kennedy Diesel..You might pay alittle more but i dont have to worry about tech support or anything, just have to call him and he would walk me through any of my problems...Also i think its a great idea to support vendors on this site, they put alot of time and effort to help us all out...:ro)

I couldn't agree more. But, there will always be those that do this :nutkick: to the supporting vendors.

Those that come onto the forum with only a handful of posts that will post information about great deals on products through sources other than the supporting vendors.

I suppose somewhat like my home heating oil company that told me to conserve my heating oil uses, then penalized me by raising the price because I was not buying enough oil after I started burning wood.

I think I understand your position now.:badidea:
Somewhat like supporting the price gouging oil companies who keep increasing the fuel prices. The last time I checked. I am the only one who is making the monthly payments on my truck and I try to make all of my purchases as cost effective to me as possible.:exactly:
Getting it done for me.:grd:

Thank you very kindly,

Thank you very kindly,I wasn't commenting about you posting looking for a good price on a product. I was posting about those that lurk and try to direct business away from the supporting vendors. It is absolutely your prerogative to purchase products from wherever you may choose. Keep in mind though that this sight is available for your use free of charge due to the financial contributions of the supporting vendors. To me, it is just common courtesy not to use the site that is paid for by the vendors to direct business away from them.

We have drifted way off topic:offtopic: , and the big boys (monitors) are going to spank our butts, if we don't get it back in line. I am sure there was no pun intended or implied malice in your comment.
Certainly no offense taken on this end. However, I am very much appreciative of the young man that "HELPED" me with the information I requested. I am a retired auto-worker living on a limited income. Therefore, at the present time, I am not in the position to increase my support of the wealthy at a higher rate, although I am more than willing to pay a fair market price for any commodity I purchase.
My last word is that competitive pricing is good business and good for the economy.
Off my soapbox, love to all and back to modifying and enjoying my truck.

What if you owned a burger joint? Would you allow someone to come into your restaurant and sell bags of McDonald's for folks to sit down and eat in your establishment? That is my only point. Either you get it or you don't. I agree that enough has been said and the thread is way off topic. Good luck with your new programmer! :Handshake
