What is the difference between 6.5's with the "f" and the "s" vin's? From what I've read in other posts, the "F" is more desirable. Why all the hubbub?

"F" engines don't have EGRs or MAFs. Less junk to have problems with for one, but the "F" ECMs make more power as well, and these engines generally last longer.
