wldtrkyhntr1 02-13-2005, 06:23 PM I got a new horn for my birthday. New horn came with compressor, horns, relay, toggle switch. Wiring diagram shows connections to new relay with same post numbers as OEM relay under the hood. Question is - can I sauder connections to OEM relay and unplug OME horns, will it work? Thanks in advance for any replies. gearhead 02-14-2005, 09:25 AM I pulled the fuse box apart and cut the horn wire coming out of fuse box going to the horns, ran it to a relay and back to horn wire, run a switch to the relay so with switch off it is in stock form and with switch on it is for the new horn. the relay must be one that has 5 terminals. arguy 02-14-2005, 09:20 PM I would not cut or remove anything! I used the existing horn relay to turn on the new relay. Not a big deal - stuffed the signal wire into the socket of the existing horn relay.... :exactly: | ||
