Here's a small muffler that i deal with at work on other diesels, thought you guys might enjoy seeing it. Do you think i can adapt it to fit the 6.5? Its the link above TDG's.

Just a little frac pump, we use them to fracture oil/gas wells, that one probably pumps about 3000 liters/min @ 60,000 Kpa when its flat out. (you do the math) We call em horse powers.:rockit:
Usually have anywhere from 2 to 5 of those on location during a frac stimulation plus N2 and/or C02 pumpers also...
I have many more videos...

You might find that it's a tight fit between the axle and floorboard.
CR...my brother worked for Schlumberger while he was living in Wyoming back in the mid 70's. He talked me into coming out West at the time since Wyoming was in the middle of one heck of an energy boom. They were digging up caskets in Casper because they couldn't find enough warm bodies for all the work that was going on. I ended up surveying new gas lines. The only job I ever had where I had to take a hand gun to work. Darn rattlers were pesky little critters when you interrrupted their afternoon siesta.

I wasn't able to play the mudding video on my computer. The others are ok. Nice muffler, by the way. You may need a lift kit for that.
I hope that big diesel is just warming up, doesn't smoke like that continously does it?
Can you tell us anything about the diesel (make/size/power/etc)?

Yes it was just started, was around -15C that day, smoke goes away once we load em up!
I do not know the make/size/power numbers. We hire these as a third party for wellbore stimulations to pump a mixture of sand downhole at hi pressures and rates. A recent job i did required 1320 KW of power (1770 HP).
