Has Any One Changed Their Own Head Gaskets, Would Like To Know If Any Short Cuts, What Has To Come Off And What Can Stay, Mine Is Starting To Push Water Out The Over Flow, When Under Load, Not Sure If It Is A Head Gasket Or Maybe A Inj Cup, Any Help Will Be Appreciated,

i'm guessing u have the lb7, usually with these things its the injectors sleeves not the headgasket, i had the same and thought it was the headgasket but i got the heads pressure tested and thats when i found out that it was the injector sleeves leaking and not the headgasket, but becus i had the heads off i replaced the headgaskets too.
