had his truck broken into this weekend. All they did was cut the display monitor and take it. So my question is, if he ordered the new cable and monitor can he still adjust or shut off the computer or return it to stock or does he have to have it flashed by the dealer?

Yes he can buy a new monitor and cable. The juice just intercepts the computer signal and alters it. He should not have to have his truck reflashed.

Unless there's been some recent changes, he should be able to run it w/o the monitor ~ instructions are in the manual for setting it up ~ of course if like me, the monitor has spoiled him. I don't think I could go back to the original juice.

yup the guys above are correct. the only thing that i've see w/ an older module is that when ordering it you have to make sure that the version # on the monitor is going to work w/ the version on the juice.

I'm lazy so I tried hooking up a new box to an old monitor and it wasn't compatible. The monitor would just flash and the alarm would go off so I had to re-install the new monitor.

don't want to jack the thread but since we're here i thought someone might know. will the juice monitor work for keeping an eye on whats going on if im running a different tuner than edge?

yea but you still have to have the edge module in there. in other words it's not a stand alone monitor
