I'm ready for a lift pump to aid the stock cp3 with big EFI live tunes. I want something thats reliable and reasonably priced. Tell me what you have, and how you like it. Thanks

Holley HP150. I believe their around $225 and its been working flawless for me. Ive put down over 500/1000 and seems to keep up. You can hear it but just enough to know thats its running. In the cab....cant hear it at all. I highly recommend it.

PPE seems to work fine for me... Can hear it run, but not to loud to me....
When looking for a fuel pump, do sum research on what you are wanting,
like if it is flow through design, filter, ect...

I use the TTS twin pumps. They are the quietest out there and do a great job. I make close to 700hp.

My vote goes to Airdog. They have awesome service and the best warranty of any lift pump.

Thanks Tyler

air dog its not only a lift pump but it is also a water and air seperator which the PPE is not. Its super quiet to. In my town that is all everyone runs and after a lot of research seems to be what the majority recommends.

got a build tranny now and need more fuel. Will it be ok just to get the airdog 150 or do I need ppe shim valves and such to accomplish the job?

The lift pump will be enough, a shim kit shouldn't be needed.

If I can help at all with anything let me know.

Kennedy Diesel twin pump filter combo kit has my vote dead quite never had a problem flows more than enough fuel 120gph @ 8-9psi under load drops back to 3-4psi but it flows a high volume of fuel at a low pressure which is what a Dmax cp3 needs. Kit for LB7 is roughly 900.00 and LLY/LBZ kit is roughly 835.00 a little pricey but its well worth the price to me. I also like where the kennedy pump(s) mounts high and dry on the inside of the frame rail or on the top side of the tank. The fass and airdod mount on the frame rail in front of the rear tire where you have to put a splash guard on to keep rocks from hitting it. Check it out at kennedydiesel.com

1 for FASS, no problems and a warrenty you really cant beat. but not the cheapest. but with the water seporator you dont have to worry about blowing your tips off because of water in your fuel
