Yesterday, I drove my truck after it sat all week. It is a 2002 with 60k. after a 70 mi trip there I started to smell diesel bad. I checked the truck and wrote it off as the heavy equipment clearing pines. Half way into my return trip I noticed I had eaten collosal amount of fuel for 100 mi. So i stop for a drink and check the truck. There it was my worst nightmare, diesel pooring ot from what seemed like 25 different places onto the ground. I've heard horror stories about injectors and cant believe this is happening. The truck seems to be running fine except for my oil pressure hovering @ 20 wich is definitly not normal. So I continued the remaining 40 mi to my dealership who was closed. Right now I am waiting for tommorow morning to find out what the hell is wrong. Please, somebody save me from the corporate sodimy that awaits. not sure if thats how you spell that. Look forward to hearing from everybody. thanks in advance!!!

If you have the NON stock items installed, then they can charge you to work around/remove/reinstall them to do the job.

As for the oil change, oil filter, and the deductible for sure, it is clearly stated in the Special Policy that that is free and does not apply.

If you need a copy, just go with what WannaDmxSub has, and print it and take it in to the dealer, they will have to go with it, if not, request to see what they are going off of, and look for the differences, there should not be any.

X2 ... do not let them get away with anything. How the hell can they charge $900 to R&R shocks? Even if you had 6 shocks per side, it should not take more than an hour per side....so, what is their shop rate...$90/hr? maybe. I seriously doubt that it took 10 hrs to remove and replace some shocks. Just my 2 cents

I'd have the shocks removed myself. Then bring it back. Maybe go down to the service lot with some tools and a jack and do it outside in the service drive. :)
