I'm going to switch to Synthetic Oil and was wondering after draining the old oil out if I needed to flush the engine with the Synthetic and drain it out then refill with the Synthetic oil and change the filter agian?

So far so good. I only have about 12,000 on them as they are my summer sneakers. They are not nearly as loud as I expected, infact they are really quiet and they balanced up easily. With your oil change don't use a Fram filter.

I was thinking of getting a set, I have run BFG's on my trucks in the past but they have got pricey. I use Wix oil and fuel filters and AC air filters. I've got about 22k miles on my truck. I'm going to service the trans, transfer case, and the Diffs at 25k. All oils will be Synthetic.

If you can get the oil drain hole on the low side of the truck, that is, put a couple of boards under the truck wheels opposite side of the drain hole, and let it drain for a hour or so, most if not all the oil will be drained out. Then, no worries...
