I have bilstiens also so i thought to go with the bilstein stabalizer but my tire guy suggested the rancho, so i went with it and i love it..Takes a little getting use to because the steering is stiffer but it keeps the truck from wandering when im pulling my trailer especially in the wind...

Never even checked into the bilstein after i was told go with the rancho... My tire guy has never failed me so i kind of rely on what he says, he does this stuff all day long lifts,suspension,mods,etc....

Are there any other decent steering stabilizers out there? I.E. superlift cognito etc?

RS5411 is $47.00 at Summit. Just picked one up. Thanks for doing the homework on the part number though.

My issue with Rancho is that they look like crap IMO. I have Bilsteins all around. Does anyone make something like this that uses OE mounts ?

The Rancho stabilizer mounts in the exact same place as the OEM one does.......BTW, the Rancho stabilizer comes in white and has a red dust boot. If it really troubles you, paint it silver and put a black boot on it. Whaola!....instant Bilstein!

P.S.....You can't even see the darn thing under there anyway.....:)

I was thinking the same thing. You can't see it any way.
