had a problem in Jan. with two turbo charger code p0046 and another, vane position sensor and can't recall other? cleared codes about three times and they hadn't returned. I believe the vanes are stuck open, when I shut it down it shuts down hard w/ no turbo wined down? Is that something I can service and can /or where could i get service lititure on diassembly/reassembly. Gas mileage at 12 to 13 mpg Still runs very strong and clean. 80,000 mile and no egr block off. thanks

I was getting 14 mpg put the blocker in I got 18 in the Kantucky mountains!!!!!
