ok so i have had a lot of trouble with this truck... there is alot of black smoke comming out of the exhaust when the strain comes on her like in the hills...... first i was told it was my turbo and i replaced it.. after picking apart the old turbo i fould that the plunger that operates the vanes was stuck.... but now with the new turbo on im still getting alot of black smoke so now GM is telling me its #6 injector thats gone.... i dont really want to replace it cause its way to much for one injector here in newfoundland canada its like 1800 bucks........ can i get the injector recored or repaired? or does any one have any ideas? if i put my edge chip in this truck and ramp the HP up can this help her or screw her all together?

Until you figure out what the issue is, i would hold back on the programmer. If you have a tune loaded, return it to stock. Fill out your signature, it'll enable us to help you help yourself.

Isn't your LBZ still under warranty? In the states at least we have 100,000 mile engine coverage ($100 deductible), or are you beyond that mileage?

Yep we have 160,000 km warranty in Canada which is 100,000 miles....
I'd take it to the dealer.....
