Ok my main goal is to clear 315 mud tires so what about this: I get the green keys, then turn my t bars up a little more, then add a 1" rear black and get 315/75/16 maxxis mudders on stock wheels. How would this work? And does it really put alot more stress on the front end? Then maybe later buy some Rancho shocks all the way around.
get the shocks from www.samsoffroad.com (http://www.samsoffroad.com) when they have a buy 3 get 1 free for $210 shipped ;) i would not crank the grenn keys and not replace shocks at the same time, you are magnifying the weak link of the shocks.
315 with trimming cranking to 2" max and tying back the e brake cable would work although you will still experience minro rubbing. As far as the stock wheels go, I would not. you are putting a tire recommended for a minimum 8 inch wide wheel on a 6.5 " wide stock wheel , not a safe idea, especially if your truck is used more than some "street queens" I see or for towing. some here do it, but you are asking for trouble.

Same as ski1 just said but for refference I am running 285's with front lifted 2" with green keys and i still get some rubbing on hard bumps while at full lock. I have bumpers trimmed and inners pulled back too. The wheel is a 16x8 with 4.5" bs. Even on stock wheels (which could lead to problems) I would think you would still have big issues. If you are insisting on MT tire i assume you will take it off road some which increases your chances for problems on the stock rims. Best bet is a 3" BL or save up for a susp lift.
