Were are you guys connecting your boost hose and pyro wire. What size tap do I need for the Pyro probe. I have Autoeter gauges. Thanks.

For the boost gauge, drill and tap the cast aluminum intake on top of the motor. You can either remove it, or pull the boot off so the shavings just fall out. Make sure you give it a good once over once its drilled and tapped to make sure all the shavings are out.

Easier yet is to buy one of Superdiesel's LLY manifolds that have several ports drilled and tapped for the boost gauge fitting. Takes about 30 minutes to install and no drilling on your intake manifold (look at the post in the do-it-yourself section for a picture of this device) As for the pyro, I removed my exhaust manifold just so there are no chances of metal contamination in the turbo. It only takes about an hour and half longer to do it the safe way.:ro)
