What can I do to lower EGT's. They arn't over the top yet but after the PPE +2 and the lift pump are in I think they may be a little high. With my Edge on level 5 I can see a steady 1250* untill I let off. I hear a different turbo will lower the EGT's.

1250 wont hurt anything, if you get into the 1400's then even close to 1500 every once in a while for a short burst wont hurt anything. I got close to the same set up as you got too. I cant tell if you have a down tube or not but that will lower your egt's by 100-150.

I do not have the pipe that connects to the turbo but everything else is 4".

a water mist kit will work excellent for that, plus it costs a whole lot less than a turbo. it will also gain you a significant amount of HP.

Well tell me more. Don't leave a guy hanging like that.

more timing, water injection, less exhaust restriction, more efficient turbo will all lower egts.

Water/meth helped my Egt's but they still aren't 1250 I think you need Efi Live & Twins to achieve that with a big tune
