Pulled off the intake and there seems to be some small amount of oil on the turbo inlet. Also I have no clue what this "dried up puddle" is on the intake plenum. Any ideas. Also today I have noticed there is signs of oil running down the turbo pedestool. Any ideas on that? And last, if you look on the "puddle" pic, where the turbo connects to the plenum, it is drenched in some fluid. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Your CDR may be defective. In FAQs there is a way to test them. Leo

I thought that could be a suspect. Thanks for the heads up.

Wet spots mean that oil is getting there for some reason. It seems to me that you have 2 seperate issues...You have proven that there is oil in your intake...the question is "where is it coming from"...and you have evidence that shows that you have a leaky seal in your turbo housing and another in your intake plenum (looks like a bad O-ring on your MAF sensor)
Do you have a boost gauge? Have you noticed any loss in boost or performance? Black smoke at all?
The oil seeping into your intake may be from a bad CDR valve...the simplest and cheapest problem...or it could be from bad bearings or seals in the turbo. Replace your CDR valve, and check the compressor wheel for any side-to-side play and any front-to- back play.
Once you isolate the source of the oil in your intake, then worry about the other leaks, as they appear very minor. A bad CDR valve could be pressurizing your oil return line from the turbo and forcing oil back up and into your intake...fixing that could very well be the solution to both problems.

You may want to join the "Massive Blowby Club".........after you've checked your CDR and seals.

Read the FAQ's, guys: CDR's purpose is to feed crankcase vapors into the compressor input, as designed - these WAG's only serve to confuse the issue
If the normally accumulated oil residue is dirty, then you also have problems with the airbox seal, or you haven't changed the air filter since Noah rolled the truck off the ark
Now would be a good time for everyone to pull the airbox cover, see if the filter element is still pristinely white\beige, eh..............

I would say bad cdr valve, or dirty air filter... Maybe both? I know i had the same thing and my filter was dirty. But I replaced CDR Valve because who knows when the last time it was touched.
ALSO! When I replaced the cdr valve I noticed that the one hose had a crack on it... lol So i replaced that
