My truck still has the stock radio installed, i dont have onstar or the bose system installed. What all has to be taken off the dash to replace the radio?

Only thing is the bezel surrounding the radio/cluster etc. Then its just a matter of a few bolts and 2 plugs and its out...

...if youve never taken your bezel off before, its simple...just turn power on(no need to start), put the drive select all the way down to 1 and it should snap right off!

it has spring clips you just grab and pull i usually start on the right top side around the vent

and since you have no onstar or bose if you dont care about chimes you can use a saturn wiring harness for your radio its about 60 bucks cheaper
