i dont know if its the pitman or idler arm but the one thatson thepassenger side rubs up againts the tranny linewhen i turn the whels and i already got a shiny spoy where it rubs....my truck is stock suspension wise so i dont know if this is normal...which i doubt....but defintely something worth taking a look at.......i cant move my tranny lines so i dont know what to do

You might try posting some pics so others can visualize what your seeing. This may help out.

That would be the idler arm. My 2002 did this. Check the idler arm for tightness in the frame bracket.
