What programer or chip will alow me to raise my rev limit,and will propane add smoke or take it away? Also about what jet on the NOS with prop, edge, dioblo stack?

A flash tuner will raise the limiter like the QUAD/BULLYDOG tuners..........and Custom ECM reprogram will do it as well.........
