Hi I'm new to trailer game and I just got this 97 gmc 1 ton,last guy removed controller so I put mine in and hooked up to his old wiring which looks good howver I wired it in LIVE all time,now my batts were dead after sitting a week! Under the hood there is a FORD like solenoid which I assume is to run power to trailer to keep it's batt chrg up,any ideas why truck batts would be dead not hooked up to anything,not sure how this system works ? Any HELP would be appreciated!:eek:
