I have a 2001 lb7 in a 2500HD 2wheel drive. The truck is factory except for a 4 inch exhaust. It has the new airbox and programming from GM. I installed a Hypertech programmer on level 3 and when I pull a trailer the truck loses power and I until my speed drops down and I get acode p0234 engine overboost. I turned the power level down on the Hypertech and it still happens. I replaced the boost sensor, baro sensor, and fuel filter and it still happens. If anyone has any ideas I would aprreciate the help.

Still looking for help. The part number on the programmer is 30029 rev 03.23.008.24.

i had that issue and never figured it out but wouldonly happen when i would flat foot it. did not really seem to be a "problem"

It happens every time I pull a trailer. It stinks to have extra power I can't use when I need it.
