Does it have a 6spd or an auto? Don't quote me on this, but I believe the standard output was in front of the auto and the high output in front of the manual. Auto couldn't handle the high output.

Depends when in 03.......have them run the vin at a dodge dealer ship. I would think being in minnesota you should be lookin at a ho....but don't quote me on that....check to be sure.

There should be a sticker on the side of the valve cover on the drivers side that states build date and hp. If the HP says 305 it is the HO version. Also the Standard output I belive was rated at 235hp and has the less desirable 47re tranny.

On the '03 the engine ID badge is a metal tag riveted to the engine on the top drivers side near the front of the engine. Only the '04 and later use the sticker on the plastic rocker cover. There are 3 HP ratings for '03. First is the 235hp/460tq, this is a California rating. Next is the 250hp/460tq which is the standard output. Finally, you have the 305hp/555tq High Output. Early in '03 (built before 1/1/03) the High Output was not available with the auto trans. After 1/1/03 the 48re was introduced and the HO became available with the auto.

Hope this helps.
