Anybody out there tried the Banks Big Head wastegate actuator? is it worth it at all?

I like the results of my kit. I'm sure you will pick up some power with just the WG and it even has a port for a boost guage. Got Juice? 02-09-2005, 01:55 PM I like it as well, use regulated air to set the wastegate properly to avoid any pitfalls from overspeeding the turbocharger. 26-28 Psi initial lift is quite safe depending on fuelling mods and altitude. Ported manifolds, ported turbine exducer inlets etc will all have an effect as well. If you plan to go that far you might want to qualify your operating altitude, and fuelling devices, then give Steve Cole a PM. He will steer you right.
