I am looking into purchasing the quadzilla and doing the 4" turbo back DPF delete and curious about what mileage increases everyone has been getting? I am currently getting 12mpg stock!!!!!! SUCKS:mad:

also without the DPF with the quadzilla does it smoke? whistle ?

I haven't had mine on the highway much since quad and dpf delete except towing apprx 7000# enclosed and my mileage went from 10 to 12.5. In town avg. 15. Did go to fayetville,nc and back to Charlotte,nc and averaged 18 with many traffic lights. I was getting 17 on the highway beford dpf delete. I expect from what I've seen so far my dually should get 18.5 on the highway at 70 +.

Heres a video of my truck with a 4inch MBRP turbo back exhaust and the 110hp no dpf quadzilla tune. Without the muffler and dpf the turbo whistles a lot more and itll throw some smoke if you want it to. I would definitely recommend the DPF delete to anyone thats lookin for better mileage and more power

The milage on my truck went from 12.5 to almost 22 per gallon.I went with the quadzilla strealth 2 and the mbrp turbo back exhaust and the s&b cold air.Getting rid of the dpf makes a big improvment.

I have 305s and 20s on my truck and am getting tops 12.2 on the highway right now so I am trying to improve that since deisel is over $4 a gallon!!!! I am also trying to get some whistle too lol

got 305/55r20's and with the 110 hp settin and 4" turbo back exhaust if im careful i can get 18 on the highway...def helps with the whistle but a cold air intake with a metal tube will help even more.

3-4 MPG is very common with reports of even more like BLACK BEAUTY 07. There are quite a few factors that play into mileage the biggest being your right foot. Deleting the DPF makes a HUGE impovement though especially when combined with a programmer. You will have to play with the different HP settings a bit to see which works best for your truck and driving style.
