Guys how does the palstic piece on the a-pillar come off? I'm affraid to pull on it very hard because I don't want to break it but I want to pull it off so I can hide the wire to my attitude monitor. Thanks for any help.

The plastic a pillar is held on by a flange down at the bottom and pressure pin a few inches from the top. To get it off, put a small screwdriver, pry tool, etc into the top of the piece right next to the headliner. Pry outwards until you can maybe get a fingertip behind it and pull straight out. If its never been off before it will be really tight but there are no little tricks to it and you will not break it. Good luck!

I have pulled the top portion of the A-pillar off before but never removed it completely.
Is there anything I have to do or a trick to remove the base of the A-pillar away from the dashboard? Seems like it is held in place with a clip or something. I just do not want to brake anything that keeps in the lower portion in place and start a squeak or rattle.
Thanks for your help!

Ok, I will give that a try.
So there should be no issue returning to place then?
