I have run the juice for a long time and recently sold my 4.61 version on ebay. I don't know what model of truck that the buyer had but I know that it was an lb7 engine because I specified in the auction that it would not work on the newer lly.Anyway to make a long story short, he emailed me and said that he had tried to install it twice and each time it was knocking out his factory computer and messing up his guages http://dieselplace.com/forum/images/smilies/frown.gif . He said he dealer was not very happy with him and was tired of having to reflash his computer. I had never had any problems with this chip before and didn't really think that the juice without the attitude monitor was related to the computer or guages. If anyone has ever experienced anything like this or knows something to check I would appreciate it so I can e-mail him and try to help him solve whatever is going on. He has already contacted edge and they didn't really have any answers but said they could update the unit and test it out however it doesn't seem like that would be the problem since it wasn't having any problems when i took it off my truck. Only thing I could think of is possibly a pin in one of the connectors that got bent or something. Thanks

Tell him to contact edge. They will likely look after him.

It will throw off his fuel mileage calculations on his DIC.
