Can anyone help me here, these two are not in the FAQ list. The truck set them this morning after I plowed through a rather large snowdrift to get onto the highway. While the SES light was on (about 1/2 hour of driving) the cruise control would not work. Part way home the SES light went out and the cruise started working again.
I recently (last night) replaced the OPS and the day before I put in a high idle.

Maybe I bumped some wiring during one of these DIY projects?

99 is APP 5v ref. fault.

84 is not listed in any code source

83 is trans ratio undefined
85 is tcc not locking.

www.kennedydiesel.com under tech tips and code reading shows both of those codes pointing to an acc pedal fault. may be related to you high idle setup. cruise control will not work on these if you have a ses light on.

What is the code# actual description of each I'll add them to the list, my apologies my 98 manual does not list OBDI codes so I scrounge them as I find them. Feel free to PM me with any others you see missing, I'll be on look out for those, later I'll also go thru Kennedy's site to add missing ones.

I have started and run the truck 3-4 more times since posting my original message and the truck has not set any more codes. If I had forgot to switch off my high idle before driving off, would this cause it? If it does it again I will try disabling the high idle for a while to see if that is the culprit.
