These are forged wheels and will be great for street/strip use.

My truck is lowered via 2 removed springs in the rear and dropped T-bars. As it sits there is a 1.5" difference from front to rear.

So you took out the middle springs in the leaf?

Is there a DIY thing around here for that? How hard was it?

i did that on mine when i first got it, the only problem i had has wheel hop, now i also had drop shackles on it as well, but just giving the heads up.

Wheel hop is not bad at all. We will see what my 60' times are like at the strip Sunday:cool:

I like the weight reduction factor also which I would not get with the shackles vs. loosing some springs.
