unplug the back of the control panel and ohm out the switch (if you can on these) I'm not sure on how the plugs on them look. Is the buzz and click noise coming from the actuator that moves the door? Possibly the door is messed up. But I'd check out the panel first. Try gmpartsdirect for cheaper parts.

If it is the auto controls, often just unplugging it and then replugging it back in will reset it. Do this with the key on. They sometimes "loose" track of their position.

look under the pass side dash with a good light and you should find it.
