There are a bunch of trucks on the sticky thread with H2's. They have them in both chrome and regular flavor.:D
It's the thread at the top of this page:rockit:
I run 33' 12.50 17" Pro-Comp All Terrains on my H2's

I will try and get a pic posted of my truck. I had my h2's powdered coated a really shiny black (they called it black mirror finish I think...) . Then I stuck my stock chrome caps on, looks pretty damn cool against my black truck I think!

Green keys only. Not raised any more than they needed to be. Still had to tie back wheel wells and move bumper, and extend shocks.

Tomwhy is it that some people are able to bolt 'em right up, and others have to pull out all the stops (keys, ties, bumper, shocks)? is it because the trucks are slightly different, or because the owners tolerance for clearance are different?

or... are model years different for these clearance things?

the local h2 dealer is tempting me with a great deal on h2 chromies with the new 315's.

how good of a deal, im going to start calling around first thing Mon morning to the local Hummer dealerships to see what they will sell a set of takeoffs for........

funny you ask... i asked around dallas because i was there with my truck, and heard back from 2 hummer dealers. one did not have tyres, and the other one was crazy expensive. here were their responses:

from sewell (not plano):
Scott,

I have take off rims, but not tires. Since we do not do aftermarket tires here I rarely get a set of tires.

If you are looking for a set of wheels I have been selling the rims for $50 each, or I can cut you a deal for $40 each if you buy a whole set of 4.

Let me know if this helps,

get a load of these guys - sewell saab hummer plano:

him to me: Yes, I have one set of take off wheels. Right now each wheels retails @ $500 a piece, so the take offs are going to $250.

reply: Matt- Thanks... are these chrome with the BF Goodrich tyres?

next him to me: No, these are a set of alloy wheels only; no tires. I sold the tires
off them last week for $100 each. I have to double check on the price
for you tomorrow, b/c my accessory guy is gone for the day. The price
might have dropped, but I haven't heard anything in awhile.-:t

here is what i found locally in minneapolis:
locally, in minneapolis, the dealer is showing me a full set of 5 chrome wheels with new 315's bf goodrich for 950. or... 4 for 800. i would want 5 because you can fit the 315 in the spare slot and with locking differential you should *never* mix sizes (maybe front to back in 2wd in emergency).

hope this helps. sorry... i don't have plans to drive back down to bring wheels to you, but you might find someone with a pickup truck making that drive.

):h I think I better give up on the picture posting thing.:banghead: At least it worked when I tested & previewed it. The bad thing is that you don't even get a red x when you're using a Netscape browser.

Come on now no one has the h2 center caps with the wheels. There is one running around me that has the h2 centercaps looks awesome.

The Hummer caps won't fint on the back wheels unless you put a spacer on
