I want to upgrade my tie rods to something a little better... I bent my stock on at a 80 degree angle and snapped it in half when I was out wheeling. I've been looking at the Cognito OE style HD replacements and the other kit that they have. Which one would you recommend?

I just replaced mine with the Cognito HD tie rods, they are much bigger than the stock ones. From your avatar picture, you have snow around you, I dont think the Heim jointed kit would be right for you. Stick with the HD rods, they are sealed.
Replaced mine with the Cognito HD tie rods as well.

Cognito HD Rods are sweet! Id give NorCal Nick a PM or call and he can help set you up. I just played with them this weekend and they are top notch.

Put on the Cognito HD's about 6 months ago and man that really helped reduce torque steer. I opted to replace the whole shebang. I put the full idler, pitman, stabilizer, and tie-rod kits on. No more wondering (babysitting steering) on the highway. Cost a bit, but once you do it, you won't regret it. Makes you feel a whole lot safer as well. The tie-rods are not a whole lot more than some of the sleeves offered out there either.

x 9 on the Cognito's! Look at them next to an original set and you'll never go back. I haven't really put mine to the test yet, but they are what should come on an HD truck, not that Geo Metro crap that GM put on there to begin with.
