Has anybody notice the difference in torque numbers for the lly between Chevy and GMC on their websites. Chevy 310/605 GMC 310/590 What GMC ownershttp://www.dieselplace.com/forum/images/smilies/rippedhand.gif don’t get the extra 15lbs. of torque. Whats the deal? http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/images/smilies/confused.gif misprint or true?

It must be a misprint on the specs page for the GMC

Well, they may have forgotten to change it on the specs page, if that is where you saw it. The 04.5 LLY was originally 310/590 and then the 05's got a new software load making them 310/605.

I don't know if the reflash will correct the ratings for the 04's. But as for me, I still love my truck, even if it is on a diet, 15ft lbs lighter.
