Why can't I open any of the tunes in the library? I have HPT software but can't seem to open any of the tune's.

Never mind, I see why now, there's no HPT tunes uploaded it's only EFI Live.:(

if your driving a lb7 ive posted a couple of tunes :), a race tune and a tow tune, have not posted any more though and was a little disapointed that i never got any feed back from any of the tunes i tried to share. but i guess i've gotten over the disapointment of the hp users getting more open on this forum and sharing ideas , info , and maybe pushing it to the next level . not trying to bash anybody , people on this forum are great they must not be into tuning that much ?

I just wish I knew more about tuning. I'd love to write a nice tow/tranny friendly tune with low EGT but I'm lacking the knowledge, and time at this point... Have you had a chance to dyno your tunes?

i know about the time thing, tuning can be a little intimidating but doesnt take that long to get the hang of it once you can write a good tune you have something to build off, but to be fair your truck has more tables to tune, but if you have any questions i'll try my best to steer you in the write direction. I have helped a few people get started on tuning through pm's , dont know if i was any help but if it was you guys should post up what hepled and what you still need to know so every one can learn from your progress.

no i am waiting to get my tranny done before i put that much stress on my drive train :eek: , i'm suprised i have not killed it yet, its seen better days but its still kicken hope to get a scv in a coupkle of months so ill get some dyno #s soon but i know my race tune has to be 450-500, no lift pump is really holding me back, ( cant maintane rail pressure) i had to lower my pusle width ( currently around 2900-3000 )or else i'd still be throwing low press. codes .
