Ok so I was trying to figure out some of the electrical issues I'm having when I came accross a broken fusible link on the fire wall. Does anyone know what it will effect?

First, a sig would be helpful.

Second, I don't think that is a factory fusible link. I could be wrong.

Give us some more info about the truck and any accessories....

The truck is a '91 suburban with a 6.2 diesel. The cigarette lighter and all the interior lights don't work except the ones in the gauge cluster. I also found a disconnected wire near the injector pump. I'm not sure but I think its for the high idle solenoid.

I'm pretty sure that might be the constant + wire for the trailer connection. There will be another blue one floating around somewhere for the brake signal for electric brakes.

I've been wondering what the blue wire was for. Thankyou.

the red wire is not a fuseable link but a fuse holder for the battery charge lead to the trailer connector. the other blue wire is the trailer electric brake wire. the radio and dome light sound like a fuse.
