Here’s the deal, I purchased a set of RECON Super whites off of ebay, I actually ordered the clear but got these instead.

I put them on thinking they would go along with my Sylvania Silver Stars head lights. Well, they do, but its just not my cup of tea, little too bling bling for this old man.

Here’s the catch, my truck is a daily driver, parked outside at all times. You will need to send me yours so I can put mine on immediately and I will ship my Super Whites to you, lenses and bulbs the same day or very next.

I would like to hold out for the true clear lenses but will take the ambers if nothing comes up.

If none of this works out with the swap, I will purchase a set of clears and the Super Whites will be up for sale, lenses and bulbs.

I'm wanting to get a set of these as well ...just don't know if I should get the super whites or clear. My truck is white and want the lights to blend in and not be noticable ...or as noticable as the ambers I have now. Thoughts?

Are you planning to run amber bulbs?

It will take a few day for them to ship both ways, can you have your rig down for that long.

I'm not getting any takers on the clear so we may do this.


Another option I thought of, if anyone has a set of Ambers that they took off their truck and want to sell cheap, let me know.

If I can find ambers with a silver coating I will. The silver coating lets the amber light show through when on but look silver when off. Otherwise I will run a low wattage clear.

Well if something falls thru I'd also trade my amber lights ...I'm in Oregon. All I would want is the light assemblies as I'd use my existing wiring. Assuming the bulb socket just unscrews from the light assembly?

I ordered clears yesterday. Hopefully that is what they will ship.

Had a local guy pull me over to ask where I got my Super Whites, I told him and also told him what my plans were.

He has a set of clears on his 3500 and is going to trade me out here locally which works out great for both of us.
