Question for the techs? I have a friend that has a 2001 GMC Yukon. 130 Amp alt. At idle you can see the lights wether inside or out, you can see them surge/pulse. Same problem even when accelarating. IS it a bad voltage regulator or something else? Also checked Battery, connections, and anything else we could think of. :help2:

I have replaced many alternators for same condition, always took care of the problem.

Thanks abiggs... I just wanted a second opinion before I pulled and replaced an altenator.. they are not cheap!:ro)
