Saw the seats on the Rancho today.. I would have to say they are the coolest seats I have ever seen.. That thick dark brown leather just looks tough and rugged.. Kinda makes you want to brand something.. Still think the truck sucks but the seats, (perfection). I want them in my duramax... I want it, I want it, I want it......Who do I need to talk to make this happen? If all else fails I will buy the seats undo the stitching and embroider my chevy emblem on them..

I can't remember who it was, Ford or Dodge, but they can have the special seats that have the cowboy hat embedded into the headrest. I really want that in my Dmax.

What is a Rancho? A Ranchero?

I want a set of King Ranch seats in my Duramax. I just don't want a 6.0 or 6.4 ford.

They are very cool, but wear very fast. My boss has a King Ranch. In less than a year the seats were light tan anywhere that got a lot of use and looked like hell

yea a downside is that you have to treat them with special stuff monthly or they will do that

dont h2's have a similar colored dark brown leather seat that is much nicer than our stock leather

I believe they do, but I don't think its the same type of "rustic" or "cowboy" leather.

I hear that it's just the seating surface, then I hear the fronts are but not the backs, then I hear that they're all just different kinds of Vinyl? What gives. If the crap is Vinyl, I'll stop wasting money on Lexol. What's the rea answer???

By the way, those King Ranch seats and center console are AWESOME! To bad you can only get them on a FURD

I asked that question here the other day, as to the 900 trucks leather. Its my understanding that the do have a plastic or vinyl coating on the top layer. The backs and sides are vinyl they are in nearly everything, "leather seating surfaces only". Its my understanding that the lexol won't have any affect on the seats since if can't get to the leather, if assuming it is a real hide. The question I had is it real leather or vinyl top coated leather?

To answer you question of the hat embroidered in the seats, that is the Resistol package in the new Dodges. Resistol apparently is a high quality cowboy hat brand. It is a limited edition, supposedly only in Laramie 3500 Mega Cabs. Those seats do look darn cool. :cool:

just looked at that dodge resistol edition seats. not nearly as impressive as the king ranch seats imo.
