I used regular Delo 400 with great results. Does anyone have any Blackstone or other oil analysis on Delo 400 LE. I don't have a DPF but was curious how it performs in truck without DPF's. Thanks

Should be even better than their CI-4 Plus version - CJ-4 has many higher performance hurdles than CI-4 Plus in addition to being more emissions friendly.

2nd motor ive pulled out of kodiak , and after first one . It was so beautiful I just kept up with my oil changes as before and ran my Delo as usual . Now on the second tear down same thing beautiful .

Tear down is unrelated to oil . It is my damn right foot on race tune out at the track and dunes . On first motor the dealer mechnic that worked on my truck knows Im hard on it . And the only thing he could say is , whatever you were running for oil , keep it up . She was a beauty inside . Better than he would have expected . So I stuck with the good old Delo .

I try to change every 7000 , sometimes I go 10,000 . When I race a bunch I do it when I see bare spots on stick when I pull it . A sign of fuel in oil . From big ass race tune with massive fuel in them . About 4-5000 when racing it alot. Sometimes less , depends and why I look at dipstick for little bare spots.

Cant go wrong with good ol Delo 15-40 . Been good to me .

I've run it for 12 years in Detroit, CAT, Cummings, Isuzu, Kabota, Perkins, Duitz, and International. I have never experienced anything but great results with anything that says Delo on it "many weights and grades" if the put their name on it I feel comfortable with my livelihood on it. I have done analysis but not on the new LE.

Here (http://dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=181355) is a UOA I ran on 400LE with a bypass filter. I ran until 15K and the UOA had the copper still going up so I changed it to flush it out, but other then that the oil was doing great. I'll see if I can find that report and post it.
