You can get new casting for about $800 from a place in California- I can't remember the name right now but if you are interested I can find it.
Also- rebending the injector lines to fit is really hard- but it is possible.

Be EXTREMELY carefull when messin with the lines like that. There is a coating on the inside that can and will flake off when you bend them too much and ruin yer day, week, month, you get the picture.
Might be $ and time ahead by lookin at _bay or similar. Hope this helps,

If you end up going with 6.5 heads I have a set of injector lines that will work. I thought I was going to need them but I don't.
PM me if interested.

There are welders that can repair cracks in heads. A caution, the '91 GM Manual says the 6.2L valve seats are induction hardened (Electromagnetic current is passed through the valve seat area to quickly heat them up, then, probably quenched to harden them). If they have been induction hardened , then you do NOT want to weld in the seat area, else you loose your hardness.
I was looking at several early heads I have and they appear to have hardened valve seat rings installed. In that case it shouldn't hurt to have them welded and then install new seats.
As I've said before, warm your engine up gently before you STAND ON IT and you will much better life from it.
