Heard mention of thermal actuators on the chevies, is this true for both the manual 4wd system as well as the pushbutton, or is the floor mounted shifter pure manual operation??

There is a thermal actuator on the front axle disconnect on earlier model GM's. The newer ones have an electric actuator on either manual or pushbutton.

Ahh, well I think that makes me feel better..that thermal one sounded iffy. Thanks for the reply.
