Hey Iam New Here I Have A 95 3500 With A 6.5 Turbo It Has Been Sitting For A While When I Started It And Ran It For 45 Min And Turned It Off And I Tryed To Restart And It Belched White Smoke And Rev Up By Its Self And Stalled And Now It Wont Do Anything? Can Anyone Steer Me In A Direction?

sounds like you've got a PMD problem. the pmd is the size of a deck of playing cards and it mounted on the side of the injection pump. you can see it in the engine bay. its a little black box that says "stanadyne electronic diesel injection" in white letters on it. when the truck is running the PMD(which has two 500 watt transistors in it) is cooled by the flow of fuel through the injection pump. shut the truck off and theres no more fuel flow so the PMD becomes a victim of its own heat and gets heatsoak damage. i'd say look into a heath diesel kit. he's a vendor here and has an unmatched 7 year warranty on his relocation kit. the kit for your truck is here.
