Here are dyno charts from 2 runs I've made last 2 years, 1st chart is my truck sporting a L65 stock GM PCM, MAF bypassed, Banks 3.5" exhaust, sans cat, JK hi Pops, -.75 TDC, Amzoil air filter, Blanked EGR, & opened up upper plenum, peaking to 9 psi boost with JK fooler, and IC but no provision to flow air across the IC, one disadvantage to under bumper mount on dyno days, as you have no fan to assist pull air thru the IC like factory equipped trucks. Next time I'm bringing a squirrel cage with custom box mount.

This years run same configuration as above, but I added the Heath reflash, I was hoping for bigger numbers, but without the IC assisting, smaller precups used in L56, and L56 lower intake still having hot gas in it I'm pleased with result. 1st 2 runs were in 3rd gear which netted more torque, last run was in 4th which netted more HP, I had planned to ride and lock up converter with T2, with a full slate of trucks & safety I did not get opportunity to do this, I got to watch from outside trucks, boost probably peaked 13-14, using full direct vac applied to WG actuator. TDC offset was -1.85. Got some more mods to do but looks like this is about as far as I can go with the LD configuration, not it's time to go into the engine. 47 Hp & 91 Tq not too bad a gain from last year & considering L56 was rated 185 Hp at the crank, my at wheel numbers aren't too bad.

My apologies folks max image size limit and quality of print copy scan it came out fuzzy

Dyno run 1 is top to bottom 151.8 Hp 290.9 Tq, 148.7 Hp 296.4 Tq, 149.9 Hp 289.8 Tq

Dyno run 2 is top to bottom 191.3 Hp 390.5 Tq, 193.7 Hp 385.7 Tq, 198.7 Hp 375.1 Tq
Last run is in OD, peak torques @ about 2525 rpm

Good job, TD.

Honest numbers. Nothing to be ashamed of. I'm impressed.

If the 6.5 crowd had 1 representative, you represented well.

Last year you stated -.75 TDC Offset. That wasn't with the Snap-on Scanner, was it? If so, you were probably + 1.75 or something.

Time to go into the motor...

Yeah I had it set with the Snap On for -1.6 last year don't know what that is in T2 numbers, just guessed actual is in -.75 real numbers.

Thanks to earlier R&D this year with yours BAlley's, & GMCTDs help -1.85 verifed on T2 = -5.4 on the Snap On still no response yet from them why that is.

I read another post on the other forum about a 6.5L burban that was dynoed. he said at 15 psi boost the dyno gave him results from 189 hp to 274 hp on different runs. Stock chip everything else except IC.

That one I would have to see also would like to know how dyno was set up, Ronnie Joes Burb modded IIRC was 228 HP chipped, IC, hi pops maybe 274 at flywheel 274 with no mods seems a bit over the top.
