i've got a bone stock 06 lbz. i noticed yesterday what appears to be exhaust grime on the boost tube by the blue plastic piece that goes into the intake. could this be a loose boost tube?

anyone ever run into this?

is that connection possibly loose?

Most likely oil residue seeping from inside of tube at the connection where your blue hose is. This is oil residue from the closed PCV system. Many people including me have rerouted their PCV to the atmosphere. Do a search for "PCV reroute" there is a lot of info on this.

At 25+ pounds of boost, you're gonna have some blow by at the tubes. I agree with the others, PCV reroute will fix that. Took me bout an hout to do mine, and that was mostly me standin around BSin with my buddies, haha.
