Does anyone have the dimensions for tie rod sleeves? I am trying to save a little cash and just make my own. I have access to a lathe,mill and anything else that I would need to make them along with the metal. What material would work good for that? Plus this will give me something to do on a slow night at work.

I believe YAZ has a really good spec of them in his garage.

Well I made a set today. I wasn't sure what size dia the over all sleeve is but I grabbed a piece of 1 3/16" steel. Smallest we had over 1 inch. All is made except we didn't have a tap for the 14-1.5 threads. I'll have to go look at a few other places around town that I know might have one and then I'll post a couple pics of them.
