don't know about getting into another vehicle, but you can complain with the service manager of the body shop. I am sure that they would make good on it. You are still under warrantee on the paint and stuff.
If they refuse, go talk to the dealership manager / owner. I am sure they don't want the reputation of shotty work. If it doesn't work, keep bugging them or go to another dealership and get a second opinion on it. My take is that someone will take in the warrantee work on it.

Don’t know if your state has it, but lemon law would apply till they get it right. I had another Mfgs truck that they repaired and the white paint was turning yellow. I purchased an unrepaired truck and I wanted a new unrepaired truck PERIOD”
Well after they stopped laughing, I said thank you and left.
I sued them via the lemon law and three years later, I got my new truck and it cost them 60k for the privilege of giving me a new truck - that’s when I started laughing. :grd:

I would let the dealer know....if they don't respond in a positive manner...go straight to GM.
