Where are people bringing the wiring through the firewall? I installed Airlift bags over the weekend and started on the compressor install. The kit says to drill a 1" hole if there isn't an existing route. I didn't see a spot to come through the firewall. If I have to drill a new hole where is the best place to do it?

Do you have to cut the boot? I haven't looked at it but I did look at the airlift harness, this is a big bunch of wires and tubes.

I actually have all of my plow wiring there too, boost line, boost controller, etc......mine's a mess! On my last truck, I poked a hole and siliconed it up nice, this one, I just slipped it all by for the time being (b/c it was cold and I was lazy!). It can be a pain in the a$$, but sure beats drilling holes. IIRC, I used a coat hanger or something to shove through first, then taped the stuff on and pulled it through. It helps to have a third hand and a flashlight.
