Well heres another problem with Windows Vista.

The tuning suite works great but when i start up the scan and log suite, i connect and it works fine, up until the part when i click either 'start monitoring or start recording.' When i do that, it freezes, and says its not responding then shuts the scan/log suite completely.

Anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks

When you launch the scan tool are you right clicking and selecting "run as administrator"?

weather that fixes the problem or not, I'm positive you need to have it set that way anyway. there's one more setting I'll have to look tonight but I don't think its one that would cause freezing. not selecting dynamic will cause it to freeze.

There is a bug with the current V7.4.x and 7.5.3 software, that will cause the logging to hang if no PIDs are selected.

Make sure you have one or more PIDs selected. Goto the [PIDs (F8)] tab page and click on the [Open] button and select the appropriate *.pid file for your truck.
