I have been reading all the threads about fluids but havent found (yet) whether they pertain to a 1994 vintage vehicle.
I have surmised that I should run Mobil 1 75-90 in the front and rear differentials and 5-30 in the transfer case.
Whether to overfill, underfill, rightfill the transfer case is 2qt or 3 qts where 2qts would be the factory fill, and 3 qts is the fill through speed sensor. My gut feel is I should be conservative here, use synthetic 5-30 but use the two quarts..
I am not a heaver offroad user of 4wd, I use it when in the mountains on gravel roads, some quite steep..but not for hours at a time.
