: No fuel pressure.

I'm starting a new thread since I've found a new problem.
I have little to no fuel pressure (<1psi) at the IP inlet. I tried on the drain tee to check the "dirty" side of the filter & have no pressure there either. The lift pump is running, currently hot wired. Yesterday, I replaced the lift pump, OPS, fuel filter and blew compressed air back through the sock. Still no pressure. I do get a small amount of flow, approx 7gph unrestricted, but it will not build any pressure if I stop the flow. This is what I measured after the new pump & filter. It is about the same as before all the paprts were changed.

assuming you installed pump in correct direction of flow; snotty tank sock or massive air leak suction side of the lift pump would be my next guess depending on how snotty the sock you could blow back and quickly be blocked again, it sits in a plastic tray just off the bottom of the tank, if tray is crudded up would clog sock again fast

Thanks for the reply. I went back and worked on it more this morning, (It's stalled in a parking lot in town.)
I checked pressure off the hose that goes into the filter - no pressure. I have really good pressure right off the lift pump. The line between the lift pump and the filter bowl is nearly plugged. I replaced it & have 5 psi up to the IP now. I blew airthrough the old line & pieces the size of kitty litter came out the old line. Not sure how something that big got past the sock and lift pump, unless it was pieces from an old lift pump.
It still won't start, so I'll resume that discussion in my other thread. At this point, I've almost exhausted everything, so I think the restricted fuel line may have FUBAR'd my IP. Is there any way to diagnose a failed IP other than process of elimination?
