last week before the illinios pull the delivery truck keeps coming, finally recieved my custom banks box back from banks (they removed some things for me raised some others-safety stuff) put it in the truck and the truck feels like a new animal better than the it has before so I load in the quad 215 truck runs alot better smokes like crazy I feel like low 13s are in store then on a wide open run on the 4 to 5 upshift the truck revs and acts like it is bouncing off a limiter bap, bap ,bap it does this a couple more times like 1 out of 10 WOTs so yesterday my FASS 95gph (stand alone no filtration) pump comes, get it installed, truck still does the same thing and the banks tuner keeps faulting out, banks tells me the fault is from a injector signal error, so I go thru all my connections find some pins pushed back pull them out same thing happens, load in the 135quad same thing happens, so I go visit a buddy with a predator and fuel pressure guage, balance rates are good, fuel pressure is around 11 or 12psi I have code 0089(I think) rail pressure out of wack needed pressure was observed at 29 actual was 40 this was right after coming out of the throttle. the truck sounds like crap coasting to a stop like an old indirect injection diesel but it comes and goes-like when the truck downshifts, it does this with even no tunes in, this did not start till the FASS was installed nor did the codes, any ideas I realize that the banks and quad may not play nice together although they did before the custom part, but I am thinking maybe I have a regulator going out that has been magnified by the increased power and fuel pressure

Try the Banks as a Stand Alone and the Quad as a stand alone............you might be exceeding the injectors ability electonically due to the stacking........

I know the 215 stacked with the HOT JUICE on any setting over 2 would cause that same issue on my truck at the track.......

Good Luck,

Let us know what you find out

I removed the lift pump definatly something not right there too much pressure I think, the truck sounded good and no more codes, tried every combo of the quad and banks stack and still had problems even on the 110 quad setting, so I removed the speedloader(rail pressure) and loaded in the 215 It seemed to run better but would still fault out the six-gun so I said f-it loaded in the 225, set the banks on level 4 (no-speedloader) and hooked up to the sled had no issues the banks could have faulted out I wouldn 't know as this was a indoor pull and every time you stopped you had to shut off the truck there by resetting the faults the truck pulled good hit third and seemed to run out of power but this could be from the track-loss of rpms, sled loading up(it was a shorter track) or banks faulting out who knows, any ideas on the lift pump problems.
